Ballington Academy increased its Academic Performance Index (API) from 767 to 837, and has
steadily soared over the past 3 years. We are currently enrolling new students. Come Soar With Us!
The Ballington Board of Directors are considering moving the Board meetings to start at 5:30 PM verses the currently scheduled
start time of 6:00 PM. Please reach out to the office by October 8, 2013 if this poses a significant hardship for you. Thank you.

California State Test - All 2nd-6th grade students will be testing May 14th-May 23rd. Parents, we ask that you help your child by making sure your child gets at least 8-9 hours of sleep, attends school daily, eats a small breakfast and encourage him/her to do his/her best on the test. Students with perfect attendance during testing will receive a ticket for a movie and icecream for Friday, May 25th. Students proficient on the test will be able to attend our free Legoland trip scheduled for the fall at beginning of new school year. Students will also be awarded with certificates and metals at our CST assembly in the fall.
GREAT NEWS, THE DAY HAS ARRIVED, Ballington Academy will have the hot meals program beginning on January 7th.

Open Enrollment still available for Kinder - 3rd Grade Students
Reminders: Drop off and Pick-up zone will be directly in front of school. Parents need to park in front
and walk to front entrance to pick up their child. Kindergarten students must be picked up from their classroom.
Also ALL students must bring their own lunch for the first two weeks of school.
